Siouxland Coalition To End Homelessness
The Continuum of Care Program is a Housing and Urban Development (HUD)program designed to develop supportive housing and services that will allow homeless persons to live as independently as possible. The Siouxland Coalition to End Homelessness receives funding for the following programs in FY2015-FY2016:
